Durch ein dichtes Nebelfeld hindurchzufahren ist mit großer Unsicherheit verbunden. Man sieht so gut wie gar nichts, hat wenig konkrete Anhaltspunkte, an denen man sich verlässlich orientieren könnte. Also fährt man so langsam, dass man jederzeit rechtzeitig abbremsen kann, wenn plötzlich ein vorausfahrendes Fahrzeug oder irgendein anderes Hindernis im Sichtfeld auftaucht. Fahren auf Sicht ist das einzig richtige, um aus einem solchen Nebel sicher herauszukommen.

Im Rahmen der 7. Station der Global Encounter Tour in Uganda beteiligten sich am 18. Dezember 2015 mehr als 50 Künstler aus Kampala und der Umgebung an einer experimentellen Werkstatt, um ihre Resonanz auf OUBEYs originalen Bilder künstlerisch zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Hierzu eingeladen hatte die Naganda International Academy of Art and Design (NIAAD) Kampala.
