“Certificate of Typographic Excellence” – Another Renown Design Award of International Importance for OUBEY 2011

The OUBEY 2011 Art Calender was awarded for the third time now, at the 57th Competition of the Type Directors Club New York.

After receiving the “Gold” and “GREGOR” awards at the 61st International Calender Show, the OUBEY Calender won again. This time, the Calender which was created in a collaboration between E&B engelhardt und bauer (print), MAGMA Brand Design (Concept and Layout) and the OUBEY MINDKISS Project, received the renown “Certificate of Typographic Excellence”, which indeed is one of the most important awards in graphics design.

These pictures, taken on launch day of the exhibition on July 19th in New York, do not show the calender itself, but do show Stefan Sagmeister (who’s design for the OUBEY MINDKISS book has received three outstanding international design awards) in conversation with Niklas Troxler and Fons Hickmann.
